Work hours can contain employee ratio if paying montly salary (0,75=75%). Withdrawal can be e.g. withdrawal in goods to subtract from salary. Withdrawal can be omitted by changing the status of it to inactive under       Sequence of columns in import under Salary>File administration>Control for importing work hours.

Definitions to control the importing of work hours entries are under Salary>File administration>Control for importing work hours. There you can define where in the entries each requested column is placed, which               item number is mapped to appropriate item number in the salary system and the format of the date in the “Salary period to” field.

Definitions that comes with the system and the example below goes with work entries from the work hour registration system “Tímon”.

The system allows the first line of the file to contain column titles if the corresponding checkbox is checked.

Work hours and withdrawal can have decimal point and it does not matter if it is comma or point.

All entries go through error checking:

Employee has to exist in the salary system.

Salary item number, i.e. the item number mapped to in the salary system, has to be defined on the employee.

Salary period to is not allowed to be in a period which already has been executed in the salary system.

Columns in error are shown with red background color.

Work hours entries that are omitted, because the salary item is not on list of items to select, are shown using yellow background color.
