When a company is created, you can set header lines and company logos for invoices. You can also set text lines to be printed on the bottom part of sale invoices.
The company logo can be imported and then displayed on all invoices of sales. It will also be displayed on the top left of the system interface.
Header lines, logos and text lines can be defined differently for departments and even in different language. You can also select All for both departments and language.
If no header lines are defined the system will automatically create header lines on the invoices. If no logo is imported then the company name will be used as the logo.
Different logo can be imported separately for the title bar and the invoices by selecting either Logo for System or Logo for invoices and other forms.
To import a new logo, the Browse button should be clicked. Then the logo could be selected from the files in your computer. Only the image types .jpg, .jpeg, .gif and .png are allowed. It is noteworthy that in order to fit the logo into the invoices, the logo itself should not exceed the width of 260 pixels and the height of 55 pixels. If for some reason a larger logo is imported, the system will automatically adjust the logo to fit the maximum size. To confirm the imported logo please click on the Update button.
To delete a logo, you need to first choose the logo (Logo for system or Logo for invoices and other forms) and then click the Delete button.
